Community Planning & Development asks for feedback following Short Term Rental Town Hall

On Tuesday January 9th, the Lake County Community Planning & Development (CPD) Department and their consultants, Economic & Planning Systems (EPS), presented draft recommendations for short-term rental policy at a Community Town Hall. Over 100 participants were present in person at CMC or via Zoom.

CPD staff and EPS continue to look to the community for feedback on the policy recommendations before they are brought to the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners for approval in late February.

The community is encouraged to watch the meeting recording, review presentations, and then provide feedback. Links to these materials and options for feedback are posted on Lake County's Short-Term Rental website
