ADA Complaints

The Lake County Senior Center operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and/or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the Lake County Senior Center by contacting the Aging Well Coordinator, Rachelle Collins, at 714-486-1774 or through email to Rachelle Collins.

Filing a Complaint
