Assessor
The Lake County Assessor is elected by the citizenry of Lake County to provide a fair and honest assessment, or appraisal, of all Lake County property, and to provide a friendly service to the citizenship.

Clerk & Recorder
The County Clerk and Recorder is elected by the citizenry of Lake County to serve statutorily as the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, and recorder of deeds.

County Attorney
The County Attorney provides general legal advice and counsel to the Board of County Commissioners, elected officials and county departments.

County Manager
The County Manager’s office provides direction, support and accountability for all Departments to deliver the services approved by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC).

Finance
Responsibilities of the Finance Department include budgeting, accounts payable, payroll, and other financial projects.

Human Resources
In alignment with Lake County Government’s Mission, Vision, and Values, it is Human Resources’ responsibility and privilege to support the organization in meeting its goals through its most valuable resource - its people.

Treasurer
The County Treasurer is responsible for mailing Property Tax Statements to the owner of record, collecting property taxes, and disbursing taxes to the taxing authorities.
